  • What is a Will?
    A will is an important document in which a person lays down his/her arrangement about the distribution of his/her assets upon his/her death and the care of their minor children (if any). In order for a Will to be valid, the maker of the Will must be: - Be at least 18 years old and above - Be of sound mind - Made in writing and signed - Signed by 2 witnesses
